MD Clinic is a dental clinic in Cluj-Napoca with twelve doctors and a reputation built over years: 4.8 on Google from close to three hundred reviews. The clinic runs on its reception, its phone and a WordPress site that had not changed in a long while.

Its website did what most clinic websites do: it described. It did not answer, and it did not book.

A person reading about implants at 22:00 has a question and no one to ask. A person who decides to book finds a phone number and a reception that opens in the morning. By then the moment has passed, or a competitor's site has answered first. And three hundred reviews that could reassure every new visitor sat on Google, not on the page the visitor was reading.
